About this Course

This Co-Ed in person self defence program will take you through 12 weeks of progressive techniques starting with; - Static self defence releases - Dynamic Self defence sequences - Ground Self Defence sequences Attire: Normal workout clothing, No uniform required. For safety, please do not wear any jewelry to class including earrings, chains, wedding bands or engagement rings. Please leave these items at home or in your vehicle.
